Dome to Platen Conversion
TBR Dome Presses are converted to platen presses, by replacing Dome by platens.
TCP Gearbox Servicing
Old press gear boxes are Serviced with replacement of wornout parts like worm, wormwheel, bearings etc..,
Band Building Drum Servicing
Replacing the wornout parts like bushes, cylinders, leners etc.., and re-assembly of drum is carried out.
Commissioning of Tyre Curing Presses

Head Pulley & Tail Pulley Servicing
Wornout / Broken Head and Tail pulleys are refurbished with geometric accuracy as required.
Rotary Union Servicing
Replacement of seals, housing and shafts are carried out.
Press Unloader Servicing
Refurbishing of unloader bu replacing wornout parts like arms, rollers, cylinders, seal etc..,
Hydraulic & Pneumatic Cylinder Servicing
Replacing of Seals and other Wormout / Broken parts.
